These terms apply to the Shuffle Pals private preview and its browser-based card games.
Using Shuffle Pals
You may use Shuffle Pals for personal, noncommercial entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use automated traffic that harms other visitors.
Game rules and availability
Traditional card games often have regional and household variations. Shuffle Pals explains the rules used by each implementation, but those rules may differ from the version you know. Games may be corrected, improved, replaced, or temporarily unavailable.
Intellectual property
The Shuffle Pals name, original site design, written explanations, software, and original presentation are protected materials. Traditional game concepts and ordinary playing-card mechanics remain separate from our original work.
No warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep games accurate and dependable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every rule variation is represented.
Changes
These terms may change as the service adds public access, accounts, advertising, or other features. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
